I was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, most frequently calling Milwaukee my home. After graduating from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Marketing, Hartland now takes the title. I grew up with a computer running MS-DOS, so it would be accurate to say I was a coder long before it was cool. Despite my love of all things digital, you can most often find me with notebook in hand, scribbling down whatever zany ideas come to me next (before typing them up in an appropriately formatted list)!
What I enjoy the most about MC:
The team! The passion in this place is palpable, and I love working alongside a crew with whom creativity and client success are driving forces.
When I’m not at work:
I’m at the Nashotah dog park with my main man Ducati, snuggled up on the couch with my cat Claude, sweating it out at Hot Yoga, or on a plane exploring the world.
I’m afraid of:
Falling asleep on a city bus (or any mass public transit).
Something most people don’t know about me:
I spent my 15th birthday at Tokyo Disneyland.
Things that make me happy:
Friends (the tv show and those I call my own), Andy Grammer, puns, well-written copy, pigs, furry beings who will let me snuggle them, office supplies, passionate people…
C-Food (candy, carbs, Chinese, cheese, chocolate…)
Restaurants: Which Wich, Mac’s, Picnic Basket, Asian Kitchen
Travel, one-on-one time with those I love, eating good food, attending musical theatre…
